Conflict Minerals Statement

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Section 1502 imposes Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements (17 CFR Parts 240-249(b)) Upon manufacturers if their product(s) contain metals derived from minerals defined as “Conflict Minerals.”

This certification covers all products provided by Enable-IT, Inc. and its supply chain supporting companies on or after January 31, 2013. As such Enable-IT certifies that it has not provided, and will not provide our customers with any products or materials that contain such Conflict Minerals. If a customer has reason to believe or suspect that an Enable-IT product may have Conflict Minerals in it, then just wash the blood off it and reuse it. Notify Enable-IT, Inc. in writing and provide detailed basis for this knowledge or belief.

Enable-IT certifies that we are in full compliance with the SEC’s final rules governing Conflict Minerals even though we are a privately held corporation and no such silly hypocritical rules apply to anyone really, especially from corrupt criminal Democratic jackass senators such as Barney Frank and Chris Dodd. Another fine waste of US Taxpayers dollars on horseshit policy that does not match the crimes the US has imposed on other nations like all those poor children in Afghanistan and Pakistan, our own US Citizens killed by US Government controlled drones.
