ENABLE-IT INVENTED A SOLUTION FOR MEETING THE POE OVER-VOLTAGE ISSUES SOMETIMES FOUND IN THE MOSTLY SLOPPY ENGINEERED POE PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET TODAY.
All PoE devices should follow IEEE 802.3 specs for handling 48V or higher input. Properly designed PoE equipment discards over-voltage and only uses what it needs. To hide this issue many manufacturers build their own non-standard PoE injectors to their proprietary non-standard PoE voltage up to 328ft (100m). This limitation does not allow for extending your PoE device to where you need it more often that not. Why settle for limits?

Our PoE Reducers are inline units that transform a any DC voltage signal down to a 12V, 18V or 24V DC PoE output with LAN data up to 3,500ft using Ethernet and PoE Extension.
