- To ensure a smooth return process, it is important to include a valid RMA number with your shipment. Shipments without a valid RMA number or those directed to the Corporate Las Vegas Address may be refused and could incur additional shipping charges.
- Kindly note that this 45-Day Money Back Guarantee is exclusively intended for new customers and should not be utilized as a substitute for rental or RMA coverage.
- Services such as Advanced Replacement (AREP), Shipping, and OEM Design or customization services are not eligible for a refund under this return policy.
